Don Younger's Wake
I think most of the readers of this blog have seen the news elsewhere, but in case not, be apprised. The Horse Brass will be hosting a wake for Don Younger today between 2-6 pm. At three, we'll toast Don, and Lisa Morrison is encouraging folks to toast him today at three your time--wherever you may be.

In a case of inexplicable synchronicity, I checked this blog at 2:57p EDT.
I was able to open a bottle of Samuel Adams - Latitude 48 IPA, pour a portion in a glass, and toast Don Younger at precisely 3:00:00p Official US Time [according to NIST.gov].
An alignment of 'universal force(s)', no doubt.
