Wow, impressive. Bang on.
The baskets and bar snacks gave it away. It's a great bar, a beguiling combination of slightly touristy and scary puppets with an excellent beer list. I had my first ever Cantillon there. And if memory serves me some aged Orvals

Is that the place across the street from the Mannekin Pis? I recall having a sublime gueze there, served exactly like that.
